Suggested use

We recommend a daily intake of 3–15 g.

Before bedtime, let 3 g dissolve slowly in your mouth, or dissolve 4–5 g in 100 ml of lukewarm water and sip it. This may help you fall asleep faster, reduce nighttime awakenings, and promote more restful sleep.

On average, consuming 4–5 g before, during, or after a meal may help moderate post-meal blood sugar spikes.

In addition, if a given meal did not contain collagen-type proteins, consuming 1 teaspoon or coffee spoon of glycine afterward may help balance the amino acid profile of the meal.

There is no benefit to taking more than 5 g at once, and higher doses may cause loose stools in sensitive individuals.
