100% gluten-free flour made of finely ground rice

Mill & Folks rice flour is made from finely ground rice, with a fine texture and a neutral taste that lets your other ingredients shine. It is a reliable thickener, even for dishes that are cooled or frozen, as it helps prevent moisture from separating, and it gives a soft, light crumb to gluten-free cakes and pastries. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
