  • half a pack of Mill & Folks Millet pasta Elbow (100 g)
  • 25 g Mill & Folks Pea protein cubes (instead of meat)
  • 75 g hot water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (8 g)
  • 1 head of onion (cleaned 105 g)
  • 1 clove of garlic (cleaned 3 g)
  • 200 g very thick coconut cream
  • salt, curry spice mixture
  • chili flakes, lemon, orange and lime slices for decoration


Pour hot, salted water on the pea protein cubes, and let them soak for a few minutes. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package (2-4 minutes) and rinse it with cold running water. Fry the chopped onion in hot olive oil, then add the chopped garlic and the spices. Pour in the coconut cream, the pea protein cubes and the pasta as well. Stir them gently until the sauce begins to boil again. Serve it with chili flakes, orange, lemon and lime wedges.
