100% gluten-free flour made of cold-pressed golden flaxseed

Mill & Folks golden flaxseed flour is made from 100% natural, cold-pressed golden flaxseed, rich in protein and fibre, with a pleasant nutty flavour. Replace up to a quarter of the flour in breads, pancakes, muffins and cookies, sprinkle it over yoghurt or salads, or mix one tablespoon with three tablespoons of water as a plant-based egg replacer. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
