100% gluten-free flour made of red lentils

Mill & Folks red lentil flour is made from 100% red lentils with a pleasant taste. Their high protein content and delicious flavour make red lentils a favourite staple in any kitchen, and they are easier to digest than beans or brown lentils. Use the flour for thickening, savoury pancakes, flatbreads and plant-based patties. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
