Gluten-free sorghum fusilli pasta with millet flour
Mill & Folks sorghum pasta is made to our own special recipe in our pasta plant, and holds its texture well after cooking.
Sorghum is a nutritious cereal from the grass family, originally from Africa and now grown across Asia and the Americas – the world's 5th most widely cultivated grain. It is a good source of energy from polysaccharides, proteins and lipids, and contains minerals and vitamins. Its starch is absorbed more slowly by the body.
Sorghum flour is gluten-free.
The exact nutritional value of each raw material may vary from time to time due to changing climatic conditions and the different characteristics of the growing areas. We try to keep the information on our website up to date, but the back label value on the product is always the reference.
