  • 100 g of dried apricots
  • 55 g erythritol
  • 90 g of water


Cut the apricots into small pieces, then put them in a saucepan with the other ingredients and heat them on a low heat until the erythritol is completely dissolved. Once cooled, blend until smooth. It will be about 245g.
