100% gluten-free flour made of chickpeas

Mill & Folks chickpea flour is the grind of 100% chickpeas, rich in fibre and protein. Use it in cream soups and patés, or for making hummus cream! For seasoning, we recommend onions, parsley, marjoram, paprika, pepper, pepper grass and soy sauce. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
