Mill & Folks green pea flour is made from 100% green peas, an interesting ingredient in your dishes thanks to its special colour. It is rich in protein and fibre and contains noteworthy amounts of iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and zinc, making it a great choice, especially for people on a plant-based diet. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
