100% gluten-free flour made of hulled millet

Mill & Folks millet flour is made from 100% hulled millet, an ancient grain that is easy to digest, yet has a high nutritional value. Use it for thickening dishes, for making cream soups and vegetable stews, or in cakes mixed with other flours. Its mild, slightly sweet taste makes it a friendly everyday staple in gluten-free cooking. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
