Gluten-Free flour mix for home baking low-carb bread

Ingredients: white sorghum flour (42%), fiber blend: (bamboo fiber flour, psyllium husk flour, golden flaxseed flour), tapioca starch

Allergen information: The product may contain traces of mustard and sesame seeds.

With this bag, you can make up to 4 loaves of bread (~450g each) using the following basic recipes:

Recipe for home-made bread

Ingredients:

  • 225 g flour mixture
  • 4 g Himalayan salt
  • 380 g lukewarm water (~37°C)
  • 1 sachet of powdered yeast (7g)

Mix the ingredients, then knead thoroughly and let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Shape into an loaf, then let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Make 3-5 deep cuts in it. Bake on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper in a preheated 190°C oven for 70 minutes using bottom-top baking. Let it cool on a wire rack, then slice as desired. Can be seasoned to taste.
