For the dough:
For layering:
  • 15 g melted vegetable margarine
For the filling:
  • 100 g sugar-free plum jam


For the dough, mix all the ingredients except the cocoa powder. Divide the dough in two and knead the cocoa powder thoroughly into one of them. Divide each dough into two parts and stretch them into thin rectangles (19x20 cm). Grease a light sheet with melted margarine, place a cocoa sheet on top, grease with margarine, then the light sheet, grease with margarine and finally place the last cocoa sheet on top. Cut the top layer in half and cut it into strips with a knife. Turn them stripes side down, spread with plum jam and roll-up. Prick them with a toothpick. Bake a baking tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
