Mill & Folks green pea flour is made from 100% green peas, an interesting ingredient in your dishes thanks to its special colour. It is high in protein and fibre, which makes it a great choice for plant-based cooking. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
