100% gluten-free flour made of wholegrain brown rice

Mill & Folks brown rice flour is made from 100% wholegrain brown rice, with a subtle nutty flavour and a slightly grainier texture than white rice flour. It is recommended for thickening creams, sauces and stews, and it brings structure to gluten-free breads, brownies and cookies. Like all our flours, it is 100% gluten-free and free from cross-contamination: milled by us locally in Hungary, in our dedicated gluten-free production plant.
