Gluten-free millet pasta with added protein

Mill & Folks pasta is made according to our own recipe in our pasta factory. The pasta retains its texture even after cooking. It is gluten-free, 100% plant-based and we did not use soy for the dough.

Millet is easily digestible, yet its nutritional value is high. Due to its nutritional value, it may be worth adding it to your diet. Millet is naturally gluten-free and usually contains a significant amount of essential amino acids.

Pea protein has a well-balanced amino acid profile and a high level of lysine. Due to its nutritional value and health benefits, pea protein can be used as a new and effective alternative to replace animal proteins in functional foods.

Psyllium husks and bamboo fiber can be good sources of fiber in everyday life. By consuming foods with a high fiber content, we can benefit our digestion and slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.

Ingredients: millet flour (66%), pea protein, water, sweet potato flour, psyllium husk flour

Suggestion: Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-5 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
