Description

Potato starch-based gluten-free flour mixture

Ingredients: potato starch (Poland), gluten-free flour mixture (rice flour, millet flour), fiber mixture (psyllium husk flour, apple fiber), guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Usage: For making breads and pastries that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, corn-free.

With this bag, you can make up to 2 loaves of bread (~700 g each) using the following basic recipes:

Preparation instructions for one loaf of bread

Ingredients:

-450 g Mill & Folks bread flour mix

-14 g sugar

-12 g Himalayan Salt

-1 packet of powdered yeast (6 g)

-415 g of lukewarm water

-18 g of oil.

Preparation: Mix the ingredients and add the lukewarm water and oil. Use a mixer on medium speed for 5-8 minutes until the mixture is completely homogeneous and smooth. Using a wet spoon move the mixture into a thin-walled loaf baking tin (2 litre) lined with silicone baking paper. Meanwhile, keep the spoon wet constantly because the dough is sticky. Flour the top a little, cover and let it rise in a warm place (max. 50° C) for 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heating. Once the bread has risen, sprinkle it with a little bit of lukewarm water and place in the oven for 40 minutes, then remove from the mold along with the baking paper and place on the rack for another 20 minutes. Once done, carefully peel the baking paper off and let it cool completely on a rack. Slice and season according to taste.
