Suggested use

Consume 1 teaspoon (3 g) daily, dissolved in liquid. Best taken with a meal. It may also be divided into multiple portions (e.g. ½ teaspoon in the morning and ½ teaspoon in the evening).

When measuring with the GAL measuring spoon, the powder should reach the rim at the end of the scoop, and when leveled horizontally, the powder should align with the mark indicated on the handle. After scooping, any excess can be gently tapped off to reach the desired level. After one or two attempts, it becomes an easy routine.

After opening, always reseal the product carefully; it remains consumable for up to six months.
