Gluten-free pasta with red lentils small fusilli

It's pleasant pink color is due to the red lentils, and it retains its texture even after cooking. We did not use eggs or soy for the dough.
Thanks to the slow absorption of brown rice, it can provide a long-lasting feeling of fullness.

Suggestion: Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-5 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
