GAL+ Preconception (Baby Planning) 60+30 + powder drink

Our GAL+ Babaváró® formula has been developed in light of the latest scientific research, with a strong focus on naturalness and real-life relevance. It is designed to provide every vitamin, mineral, and trace element in their ideal forms, amounts, and ratios — closely reflecting what could be achieved through a consistently nutrient-dense, varied diet.

Where beneficial, certain vitamins and minerals are derived partly from medicinal and culinary herb extracts. When determining dosages, we ensured that the daily serving contains scientifically supported effective amounts, while never exceeding realistic intake levels — meaning amounts that could not reasonably be achieved through diet alone.

Above all, we considered it essential that nothing unnecessary or inappropriate should interfere with the harmonious development of a new life. You will find no such ingredients in our product.

Although all active ingredient forms used already offer excellent bioavailability, absorption is further enhanced with BioPerine® black pepper extract.

We also ensured that water-soluble and fat-soluble ingredients are kept separate to guarantee optimal absorption and stability:

• The water-soluble (hydrophilic) components are partly contained in vegan capsules, combined with the plant extract matrices listed among the ingredients.

• Those active ingredients that benefit from evenly distributed intake throughout the day are provided in a complementary powder drink designed for sipping during the day.

• The fat-soluble (lipophilic) ingredients are enclosed in softgel capsules, dissolved in Golden Omega® fish oil concentrate and stabilized with natural tocopherols, tocotrienols, and Greek sage extract.

In addition to vitamin K2 (MK-7), the product also contains a high dose of vitamin K1, as only vitamin K1 can cross the placenta, where it is converted into the appropriate K2 form (MK-4). The same applies to breast milk — its natural K2 content is provided by the body from vitamin K1.

To specifically support proper fetal development, the formula contains high amounts of methylfolate (vitamin B9), as well as environmentally responsibly sourced long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DPA, DHA) in their natural triglyceride (TG) form, derived from wild-caught small fish.

Vitamin B9 is included in its biologically active methylfolate form — specifically the most stable “C-crystal” calcium salt form, Magnafolate®, which is even more stable than methylfolate glucosamine salt.

High levels of magnesium, vitamins D3, K1, K2, and C support proper bone development. The formula also contains significant amounts of taurine, inositol, and silicon derived from bamboo shoots.

We recommend starting supplementation from the moment pregnancy planning begins — ideally at least 3 months before conception — and continuing throughout pregnancy, breastfeeding, and potentially even beyond.

Iron should only be supplemented in cases of confirmed deficiency. Even then, after 1–2 months of taking GAL+ Babaváró®, it is advisable to recheck iron levels, as they may normalize without additional iron supplementation — especially if liver and possibly lactoferrin are regularly consumed.

Our product does not contain vitamin B3, as most diets already provide it in sufficient amounts, and excess intake may be disadvantageous for many individuals.

Choline is offered as a separate product. Based on customer feedback and recent research, the optimal type and method of choline supplementation varies individually. Some benefit most from lecithin, others from choline salts or alternative choline sources. In some cases — for example with regular consumption of quinoa and/or egg yolks or liver — additional supplementation may not be necessary.
