Gluten-free millet elbow pasta
Mill & Folks millet pasta is made to our own recipe in our pasta plant. Its pleasant yellow colour comes from a touch of turmeric, and it keeps its texture even after cooking. We used no eggs and no soy.
Millet is easy to digest, yet highly nutritious – well worth including in your diet. Millet is naturally gluten-free and generally contains a significant amount of essential amino acids.
Psyllium husk can be a great everyday source of fibre. Eating high-fibre foods is good for digestion and can slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.
The exact nutritional value of each raw material may vary from time to time due to changing climatic conditions and the different characteristics of the growing areas. We try to keep the information on our website up to date, but the back label value on the product is always the reference.
