Description

Gluten-free millet fusilli pasta with parsley and garlic

Mill & Folks millet pasta is made to our own recipe in our pasta plant. Its pleasant yellow colour comes from a touch of turmeric, and it keeps its texture even after cooking. We used no eggs and no soy.

Millet is easy to digest, yet highly nutritious – well worth including in your diet. Millet is naturally gluten-free and generally contains a significant amount of essential amino acids.

Psyllium husk can be a great everyday source of fibre. Eating high-fibre foods is good for digestion and can slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.
