Yes, all Mill & Folks products are 100% plant-based, making them suitable for vegans and vegetarians. None of our recipes contain eggs, dairy, or any animal-derived ingredients.

Mill & Folks pasta is made primarily from gluten-free flours such as millet, pea, and sorghum, combined with psyllium husk for texture and natural ingredients like turmeric for color. No eggs or artificial additives are used.

Our products are formulated to be free from soy, corn, eggs, dairy, additives, and artificial flavor enhancers, in addition to being gluten-free. Some products may still be processed in facilities that handle nuts, mustard, or sesame, so you should always check the allergen label of the individual product.
