Description

Lactic acid exists in two forms: D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid. In the body, these are converted into D-lactate and L-lactate. In healthy individuals, the bloodstream contains almost exclusively L-lactate, which serves as an important nutrient for, among others, the heart and the brain.

In our product, magnesium is bound exclusively to the L-form of lactic acid. This not only allows for better magnesium absorption, but also provides beneficial L-lactate — without D-lactate. In addition, it is less likely to cause loose stools compared to many other forms of magnesium.

Ingredients

100% magnesium L-lactate dihydrate (“fully reacted”).

Suggested use

Consume 2.45 g daily (approx. 1 teaspoon), preferably divided into two portions (especially if taking it all at once would cause looser stools than usual).

It can be mixed into any liquid and is best taken with a meal.

Storage and warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

After opening, always reseal the product carefully; it remains consumable for up to six months.
