Kitchen-ready noodles flour mixture.

Ingredients: gluten-free flour mixture (millet flour[millet: Poland], quinoa flour), tapioca starch, psyllium husk flour

Usage: For making noodles, home-made pastas (such as gnocchi) that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, yeast-free, corn flour- and corn starch-free, potato-free, rice-free, high in dietary fibre, does not contain added sugar and fat.

With this bag, you can make up to 9 portions of noodles using the following basic recipe:

Recipe for 1 serving of noodles with no added fat:

Ingredients:

  • 100 g flour mixture
  • 135 g water
  • 4 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt

Suggestion: Mix all the ingredients and through a home-made noodle cutter (Spaetzle maker) add it to boiling water. Cook until the noodles float up to the surface of the water (about 1 minute). Drain the cooked noodles and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
