We care about how you eat, so we have a range of plant-based, allergen-free pastas and ingredients just waiting for you to enjoy. We bring back the forgotten flavours of classic pasta as innovative solutions. Which taste and texture and look very similar to traditional wheat-based pasta. We work with ingredients that are long forgotten pseudo-cereals, such as millet, shorgum or quinoa.

We source most of our grains from the surrounding areas, as we are careful to keep our ecological footprint at a minimum level. Our founder's family has been involved in milling for nearly 100 years, and their unparalleled expertise and knowledge has enabled us to produce high quality flours in our own gluten-free flour mill, which is the perfect base for our pastas. Exclusively dade using Italian technology in our own pasta factory, our gluten-free, corn-free and soy-free pasta is extremely tasty, with a texture similar to (traditional) wheat flour pasta, which is retained well after cooking. They do not contain any additives, colours or preservatives. The entire range of pasta on the market is gluten-free.

They have the advantage of keeping their consistency even after cooking. Our pastas are available in both natural and flavoured varieties. Our ingredients: millet, buckwheat, sorghum, quinoa.
